About Our Minister
We are fortunate to have Rev. Sheldon W. Bennett, PhD as our minister.
He earned his Master of Divinity
from Harvard Divinity School in 1986 and brings a background in science, business, and lay church
leadership to his ministry.
Originally from Seattle, he received his Ph.D. in physics at Columbia University. He started his career as an assistant professor at Harvard and later worked for many years as a management consultant. Also, he has served as Chairperson of the Board of First and Second Church (Unitarian Universalist) in Boston. Married to Molly Mattfield, Sheldon is the father of four daughters.
